CORRECTION 1:  Add mounting hardware, 906043-3 and 90-08072, to Parts List.

CORRECTION 2:  Change note 1 to read:  when the DD11-CK is used with a 
BA11-K expansion box without battery back-up (i.e., no H785 or H7850), 
install jumpers from -15 to -15B, +15 to +15B and +5 to +5B.

PROBLEM 3:  When installing FP11-AU on older 11/34's, it's possible to 
connect 2 regulated +5 supplies together.

CORRECTION 3:  Add as note 3:  BA11-K's that use 5410864-YA-1 power 
distribution (i.e., 11/34A, 11/34 with FP11-AU, and some 11/04's) and have 
more than one DD11-CK (or additional DD11-DK) can only have the +5 to +5B 
jumper in one of the backpanels.  If two of the backpanels have the jumper 
in, the +5V regulators may be connected together.

IN PLANT EFFECTIVITY: 1. (May 1977) By June 1, 1977 all new unit assemblies 
must have mounting hardware.  2. Document change only.  3. Document change 
only.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Update the Field Maintenance Print Set, using the 
Revised Print Package, in every site where there is a DD11-C.

IN PLANT EFFECTIVITY:    

PROBLEM: Presence of crosstalk and noise on some of the Unibus 
Control Signal lines.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Rework all DD11-CK backplanes at AWT Rev "F" and 
lower by adding twisted pair to all Unibus control lines. 

QUICK CHECK: Presence of violet signal wire on pin CO4V1.

This FCO supersedes the original release of 26 March 1986 and provides for 
the following change.  The FCO number has been changed from DD11C-I-008 to 
DD11C-I-004 to comply with requirements of DEC STD 071.

The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and 
test the FCO at the current hourly rate.
