PROBLEM: 1.) When using the SHOW STATUS command in the DEBNI console 
monitor program, there is a potential to inadertently write to
host memory. 2.) Using the SHOW STATUS/TOTAL command in the DEBNI
console monitor program may cause a machine check. 3.) The text
displayed on the screen during the SHOW ERROR command in the DEBNI
console monitor program is out of order. 4.) The registers in the 
hard error block were saved in backwards order. 5.) The false overflow
count on the LANCE chip will not be valid if the ERR bit is set.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Retrofit all T1034-YA DEBNI modules that are Rev. 
B5, B6 or B7.  This FCO incorporates ECO T1034-YA-MK002 - New Part
Revision "C5", "C6", and "C7".  Field spares stock should also be
upgraded.

QUICK CHECK: Revision "C5", "C6", "C7".  Look for 23-562E6-00 at 
location E13.  The device register (dtype) should contain "03000118".
