PROBLEM: New firmware (AIE 40.0) FOR MicroVAX required to fix LANCE
receive buffer mismatch bus, which resulted in occasional out of
sequence and duplicate packets. 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Retrofit DEBNT options to Revision Level "B1".
This FCO incorporates the following ECO: T1032-LK004 - New Part
Revision "F1/F2". Field spares should also be upgraded.
