PROBLEM: When the DECSA-XX is powered up, sometimes the fused power cord 
fails.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: All DECSA-XX variants that exhibit the symptom of 
blowing the 5 ampere power cord fuse.  Replace the 5 ampere power cord with 
the 13 ampere power cord.  THIS CHANGE APPLIES TO THE UNITED KINGDOM ONLY.
