PROBLEM: There exists a potential safety hazard if an improper
fuse in inserted in F1 of the Ethernet Controller Interface
Bulkhead Assembly. 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Rework all DELUA Interface Bulkhead Assemblies
(P/N 70-18799) with fuse. This FCO implements ECO 5415552. This
FCO doesn't apply to BULKHEAD Assemblies with Circuit Breakers. 

QUICK CHECK: Tab #1 of the fuse assembly should have 18AWG wire
with shrink tubing.
