| Applicability: Rework all DELUA Interface Bulkhead Assemblies (P/N 70-18799)|
| with fuse. This FCO implements ECO #5415552. This FCO doesn't apply         |
| to Bulkhead assemblies with circuit breakers.                               |

| Problem/Symptom: There exists a potential safety hazard if an improper fuse |
| is inserted in F1 of the Ethernet Controller Interface Bulhead Assembly.    |
|                                                                             |

| Quick Check: Tab #1 of the fuse assembly should have 18AWG wire with shrink |
| tubing.                                                                     |

                           REWORK PROCEDURE


        1) Remove cables to and from the bulkhead assembly.

        2) Loosen the four captive screws holding the assembly to the mounting
           bracket and remove the bulkhead assembly to an appropiate work area.

        3) Remove wire tab from underside of fuseholder and unsolder far end
           of this wire from the ciruit board.

        4) Install wire fuse assembly (70-22783-02) from EQ kit in place of the
           wire removed in step #3.

        5) Re-install bulkhead assembly into mounting bracket and reconnect the
           cables to and from the bulkhead assembly.

        6) The installation is correct and complete if the POWER LED is
           illuminated.

        7) Complete LARS report as per attached sample.
