PROBLEM: This FCO corrects the following problems:  1) Composite link
problems with flow control can cause the DECmux II/MUXserver 100 to
hang.  2)  The CRC error count is incorrect.  3) DC power cable causes
intermittent reboots.  4) Possible signal short to chassis ground.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This FCO should be installed on all DFMZA-BA/BB and
70-20999-01/02 at Revision C1 or lower.

QUICK CHECK: Check that Firmware Version is V1.5-07.  Check the unit
Revision label for Rev D1.
