PROBLEM: This FCO corrects the following problems:  1) Composite link
problems with flow control can cause the MUXserver 100/DECmux II to
hang.  2)  The CRC error count is incorrect.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This FCO should be installed on all DSRZA-BA/BB and
70-24216-01/02 at Revision C1 or lower.

QUICK CHECK: Check that Firmware Version is V1.4-05, check the unit
Revision label for Rev D1.
