PROBLEM: The following problems occur on Systems using the H3100
active adapter. 1) Artificial login atempts. 2) System slowdown due to
false logins 3) Locked PORTS. 4) Excessive Port overrun errors. 5)
Server slowdown due to  false logins.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Replace "as needed" DSRVB-BA and DSRVB-BB below
Revision "C1" which are exhibiting the problem symptoms as noted in
the Problem/Symptom Section of this document.

QUICK CHECK: 1) Verify DSRVB-BA and DSRVB-BB at Revision "C1" or
above.
