_ DOL, H7226-M001, Constant Voltage Conditioner, MAY 87

PROBLEM: Cold solder flow may cause loosening of connectors
resulting in high resistance connections, overheating may then
result. There is a small potential risk of product damage that
dictates the mandatory coding of the FCO. 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Mandatory rework, all variations of the H7226
Constant Voltage Conditioner. Existing inventory has already
been reworked by the vendor. This FCO is being released against
Jefferson Electric ECO #EC-49865 on file with engineering.
This FCO is mandatory and should be installed on all units. 

QUICK CHECK: Variable tap selection cable (H2) NOT tinned and
set screw tight.

PROBLEM: Wiring on unit main harness may be pinched/twisted
in a manner to cause electrical short or voltage present on internal
"cage".

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Applies to the following Option/Serial Numbers:
H7226-JC (NQF00311 to NQF00340) and H7226-LC (NQF00367 to NQF00385).

QUICK CHECK: Serial number on back of cabinet.  If serial number
falls in the ranges of those above, the unit must be swapped.
