PROBLEM: Unable to adequately track the option revision history.

PROBLEM: Power Supplies cannot be used in all applications. 

CORRECTION: Modify H7862 to permanently set Voltage Select Switch for the 
120 Volt operation.  Change the labeling accordingly and create a new Variation
B. 

IN-PLANT EFFECTIVITY: Apr 83 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Exchange all Revision "A" or "B" H7862 Power Supplies used 
in the PC300's in 220 Volt Applications with a H7862 Power Supply at Revision
"C" or later at the next service call.  The minimum acceptable Revision of the 
H7862 in spares stock is Revison "C". 

QUICK CHECK: Presence of a Power supply Voltage label that is marked Revision 
"C" or later. 

The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and test
the FCO at the then current hourly rate.
