PROBLEM: Air Conditioner Blower is not adequate
for proper air flow.  Excessive Condensation on
cabinet. 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This FCO involves a retrofit of the
H994-BA cabinet, incorporating part of the H994-NU001
ECO. This is applicable to ALL H994-BA cabinets used
in the CABSunset program, (U.S. ONLY).  NOTE: FSGA
and the Program Office in Landover, MD. will be
coordinating this FCO.  FCO kits with (a retrofitted
Air Conditioner) will be sent to the effected Branch.
The Branch will be informed to contact the USPS site
to schedule the installation of this FCO. 

QUICK CHECK: Examine grill behind removable air
conditioner filter.
