SEP 90 - PROBLEM: There is a potential fire hazard caused by
an aging Electrolytic Capacitor (C1) in the LXY Power Supply
assembly. The capacitor may be venting or may have exploded.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This FCO should be installed on all
models of the LXY series of printers (LXR01, LXV01, LXY01,
LXY02, LXY11, LXY12, LXY21 and LXY22).

QUICK CHECK: Check for a round colored label (1/2" diameter
dot) on top of the capacitor.  If the dot exists, the
capacitor has already been replaced.
