PROBLEM: System crashes of the type "Machine Check 80, 81, 82, or 83."

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Retrofit CPU module M7606-AH and/or memory modules 
M7607-AH, M7608-AH/-BH, present in MicroVAX II and VAXStation II systems 
running Ultrix 32m and UNIX derivatives; MicroVAX II and VAXStation II 
systems running MicroVMS ONLY AS SYMPTOMS OCCUR.  This FCO implements ECO 
M7608-ML003.

QUICK CHECK: Presence of M7606-AH variant CPU module and/or memory 
module(s) M7607/M7608-AH/-BH variant.

This FCO supersedes the original release dated 14 April 1986.  It has been 
revised to correct a documentation error in Table 1 on page 5 of the FCO 
document.
