PROBLEM: The 10-32 stud used for grounding the fan assembly is
undersized. The undersized condition potentially can cause the
safety ground to be loose.     

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: The fan assembly 70-20816-01 of the PC100B chassis is a
problem on a limited number of systems in the U.S. and Europe. These 
systems are identified by serial numbers provided below. 

(Note: All numbers are prefixed by the Westfield plant identifier "WFF")
