PROBLEM: Monitor looses video.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: All DECstations with the monochrome monitor 
30-30902-01, Revision A01 should be upgraded with this FCO.

QUICK CHECK: Look for Revision A01 on the bottom of the monitor.  If
present, FCO is required.
