PROBLEM: All TQK70 controllers, Rev. A and Rev. B
will either fail to boot standalone backup or take
excessive time to boot standalone backup respectively,
using some copies of VMS Version V5.0.  The excessive
time can be greater than 60 minutes.     

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This FCO is intended for all TQK70
controllers.  Field Service should schedule themselves
to install more than one per trip.     

QUICK CHECK: EPROM Part Number location E27, 23-410E6-00,
location E28, 23-411E6-00. Module Revision Label should
read CX.
