Remove the power from the TU80 in the following sequence: * * - Press the "Logic Off" switch on the operator panel - Open the top cover and switch the power supply circuit breaker (red) to the off "0" position. - Open the rear door and turn the 874 power controller circuit breaker to the "OFF" position. 2. From the rear of the TU80 cabinet, remove the right side panel locking bracket and remove the right side panel (H9544-AA) from the TU80. 3. Remove the two (2) screws used to mount the right side of the 874 power controller. Install the SI bracket (74-32560-01) to the right side of the frame using four screws, (two screws just removed from the 874 and one (1) 1/4-20 x 3/4" screw and washers removed in step 2 and one (1) #10-32 x 1/2" screw (90-09700-00) provided in the kit). Remove the two (2) screws used to mount the right side of the 874 power controller. Install the bulkhead mounting bracket (74-25960-01) to the right side of the frame using the two screws just removed for the 874 (one (1) 1/4-20 x 3/4" screw removed in step 2 and #10-32 x 1/2" screw (90-09700-00)). (See Figure 2) 5. Install the grommet strip on the left side of the end panel locking bracket. (See Figure 2) 6. If the disk is ready to be merged, begin the installation procedure. If not then after disk installation is complete, reinstall the side panel (H9554-AA) and end panel lock (74-25161-01) using the hardware (one (1) 1/4-20 x 3/4" screw with washers) removed in step 2.
