PROBLEM: 1. Not software enabled messages and associated system hangs.
2. Phantom device address messages of MUxx 4224.
3. Abnormal amount of soft errors reported to error log during backups. 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: All TUK50 UNIBUS controller modules (M7547) below
Rev C2, when problems are evident. This FCO incorporates ECOs
M7547-SH002, and M7547-SH003. 

QUICK CHECK: Chip in position E48 is marked 23-250E5-00.
