PROBLEM: When adding the RC25-GA option (Aztec slave) to the 11/725 
with the old rear panel, additional hardware is required.

CORRECTION: Include this FCO when installing the RC25-GA option.

IN-PLANT EFFECTIVITY: DEC 84

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Any 11/725 System which has an old I/O Panel and 
adds a RC25-GA standalone option requires this FCO (See the Quick 
Check). This FCO incorporates ECO 74-27964-TW001.

QUICK CHECK: The 11/725 Rear Panel has one connector opening, a 37 pin 
D-plug slot.

The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and test
the FCO at the then current hourly rate.
