PROBLEM: The MicroVAX Console Subsystem fails to load microcode or 
diagnostics into the CPU.  The MicroVAX interface (QC module) propagates
noise on the CC reply line causing improper strobing of the data.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This FCO should be installed on all 
MicroVAX 630PS Console Subsystems used on VAX 8820/8830/8840 systems.  
This will change the revision of the 630PS Console to rev. "C3" by
replacing the M7553 QC module with a rev. "C3".  This FCO will also
change the revision of the 885BA CPU Kernel to "C1".

QUICK CHECK: Check for Revision C* of the M7553 module.

AUG 90 - PROBLEM: This FCO corrects the problem of the
memory box  intermittently failing to power-up from either a
power failure or  power-on command and adds a filter cable
to the MOV sense line in the memory box.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This "F" coded FCO should be installed on
all  8820/8830/8840 systems.  This will change the revision
of the kernals to "D1" and the 630PS to rev. "D3"

QUICK CHECK: The console is at revision 8.0 or higher.  This can be 
checked by using the Show Rev Sensed command.  Check for presence of
MOV Sense Cable (17-02438-01) in location J29 on the power controller in
the CPU cabinet.
