PROBLEM: Inadequate description and specification on the 7016314-0-0 cable
for outside purchase. 

CORRECTION: Assign a 17 class part number (1700251-00) to the part and create
a proper purchase specification. 

IN-PLANT EFFECTIVITY: Mar 81 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Retrofit all 70-16314-00 cables used on the ATR16's.
Dispose of the Cables by cutting the old cables in half. 

QUICK CHECK: ATR16 Cable to BC401 is not labeled 17-00251-00. 

The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and test
the FCO at the then current hourly rate.
