_ DEC-O-LOG for BA23

_ DOL, BA23-I001, System Box, DEC 86

PROBLEM: DC Power Cable, P/N 70-20450-01 over-heats during normal
use.  The current rating of the components has been derated by the
manufacturer and the cable does not meet the requirements of the unit.
The DC Power Cable has been replaced with P/N 17-01311-01.
This FCO incorporates ECO 70-22380-MK002.     

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Applies to all BA23-AX and BA23-BX boxes.     

QUICK CHECK: Check for P/N 70-20450-01 on tag of the DC Power CAble.

PROBLEM: DC Power Cable 70-20450-02 burns during
normal use in the BA23C/D box.  The current rating
of the components have been derated resulting in
that the cable no longer meets our needs.  It has
been replaced with DC Power Cable 17-01312-01. 

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: All BA23-C and BA23-D boxes.  This
FCO incorporates the following ECO: BA23C-ML001.

cable.
