PROBLEM: This FCO eliminates the possibility that the BC55S-XX Coax 
Cable (P/N 17-00185-00) could act as a transporter of flame from a 
Bulkhead Connector to an area outside the equipment cabinet. 


FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Add BC55S-10 (Rev "A1") Cable between DMR11, DMP11, 
and DMV11 Bulkhead Connectors and the existing BC55S-XX Cable having 
Rev "B1" and below revision levels. The intent of this FCO is to 
insure that 10 ft. of P/N 17-00488-01 is installed between the 
Bulkhead Connector and the existing Cable BC55S (made of P/N 
17-00185-00). Phase-in the BC55S-XX Cable utilizing the Coax Cable 
(P/N 17-00488-01). 


QUICK CHECK: Approved Cable is BC55S-20 (Rev "A1") with identification 
P/N 17-00488-01 imprinted on the Coax Cable jacket. 


The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and 
test the FCO at the current hourly rate.
