PROBLEM: This FCO eliminates the possibility that BC56A-XX Coax Cable 
(P/N 17-00185-00) could act as a transporter of flame from a Bulkhead 
Connector to an area outside the equipment cabinet. 


FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Replace the BC56A-02 with the BC56A-10 (Rev "A1") 
between DMR11, DMP11, and DMV11 Bulkhead Connector and the existing 
BC55M or S Cable. The intent of this FCO is to insure that 10 ft. of 
P/N 17-00488-01 is installed between the Bulkhead Connector and the 
existing Cable BC55M or BC55S (P/N 17-00185-00). Phase in BC56A-XX 
utilizing the Coax Cable (P/N 17-00488-01). ECO BC56A-MK001 will 
modify the Coax Cable type. Purge SR17, Field SRs, and CD Kits of all 
BC56A-XX stock that uses Coax Cable P/N 17-00185-00.  


QUICK CHECK: Approved Cable is BC56A-XX with identification P/N 
17-00488-01 imprinted on the Coax Cable jacket. 


The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and 
test the FCO at the current hourly rate.
