PROBLEM:  This FCO corrects the following problems:

1.  Although there were 400 permanent database entries set in NVRAM by 
    management, only 300 were in the forwarding database after a reset.
2.  Upline dump fails to complete.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY:  Rework DEBAM-AA, DEBAM-AB, DEBAM-RC, DEBAM-RD, DEBAM-RF and
DEBAM-RG at and below Revision Level "**" for customers experiencing any of the
problems as noted in the Problem/Symptom Section of the FCO document.  This
FCO implements ECO numbers 5418357-TW004 TBD and DEBAM-TW005 TBD.
