To power-down the DECSA, a) set the console key switch to the "OFF" position. b) set the circuit breaker, located at the rear of the unit, to the "OFF" (0) position. 2. Remove the power cord and replace with the new power cord. 3. Power-up the DECSA. a) Set the circuit breaker to the "ON" (1) position. b) Set the console key switch to the "ON" position. 4.
