links to adjacent MUXserver 300/310 and DECmux 3XXs, numerous 
problems with Async ports.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: All DM308-AA/-AB and
DM316-AA/-AB/-BA/-BB at revision E01 or lower. 

QUICK CHECK: If E140 on 54-18590-01 is a 
23-236E7-00, FCO is not required.

The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and
test the FCO at the then current hourly rate.
