APPLICABILITY:  
This "S" coded FCO only applies to the DWZZA-AA, table 
top  SCSI BUS signal converter.  Serial number of 
effected units range from CX409xxxxx to CX420xxxx and 
are revision "C2" or lower. These serial numbers equate 
to products shipped from Feburary to May of 1994.  Only 
the DWZZA-AA units are effected.                                                

PROBLEM & SYMPTOM:  
It has been discovered that the AC input connector can 
be pulled free of the unit during removal of the power 
cord.  If the product end of the power cord is removed 
before the wall plug is removed, and the connector pulls 
free, exposed terminals could short  against the metal 
plate.  It has been determined that this is a safety issue.                                                                    

SOLUTION:    
 Replace the DWZZA-AA with serial numbers between 
CX409xxxxx and CX420xxxxx.                       
 with Rev. "D01" or higher                        

QUICK CHECK:      
Check for Serial Numbers between CX409xxxxx and 
CX420xxxxx  Rev. "C2" or lower.
