_ DOL, KU750-R0001, KU750  G & H Microcode MAR 85

PROBLEM: EMODH instruction does not back up the resistor used by the 
last Operand Specifier in the CPU register backup stack 
overflowed.

CORRECTION: Update your G & H microcode to run version 2 of the G & H 
microcode.

IN-PLANT EFFECTIVITY: NOV 84

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Retrofit all KU750's to revision level "01".

QUICK CHECK: Run the KU750 Test procedure, msg. should indicate G & G 
Microcode version "2".

The DEC on-site labor charge will be the time required to install and test
the FCO at the then current hourly rate.

PROBLEM: Old loaders and drivers do not work
with VMS V5.0.     

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Retrofit all KU750 options
with new G and H microcode before installing
VMS V5.0.  This brings the Rev. of the KU750
to 02.
