PROBLEM: This FCO addresses a component problem on the M8375 and M8376 
modules by replacing S373 with F373 components which have proven to be more 
reliable in this application.

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: Retrofit all MS780-E memory options.  Minimum acceptable 
revision of modules in spare stock as follows:  #M8375 - PART REV "D1"; 
#M8376 - PART REV "E1."  This FCO implements ECOs #M8376-MK006 and 
#M8375-MK003 and changes the option revision to "B."
