Affected power supplies have serial numbers with a plant code of "CG", for example CG03912345 AND a revision of "N" or below. Power supplies from the vendor Zenith have serial numbers with a plant code of "CX" and are NOT affected regardless of revision level. Affected power supplies were predominantly* shipped in the following range of drive and cabinet options: RA90 From KB00008570 to KB00024239 RA92 below KB00005716 SA600 From KB94201536 SA650 below KB11500857 SA800 below KB11500814 * A percentage of affected power supplies will fall outside of these ranges of options due to usage as spare parts, add-on and reconfiguration activity and a low volume used by CXO Manufacturing. FCO REWORK INSTRUCTIONS ======================= 1. Insure the customer has released the disk drive, take it offline and power it off. 2. Replace affected power supplies as per instructions in the RA90/ RA92 Disk Drive Service Manual (EK-ORA90-SV), section 6.12 page 6-22. CAUTION: Please check the line voltage selector switch on the power supply is correctly set before applying power. 3.
