PROBLEM: H7176-A was missing FSE signal that is
needed for BBU compatibility.     

FIELD EFFECTIVITY: This FCO is required for VAX CD Kits
A2-W1154-10.  It upgrades the H7176-A power controller
needed for battery backup compatibility.  This FCO
incorporates the following ECO: H7176-A-LK004 - New
Part Rev. "D2"     

QUICK CHECK: Look for wire connected to pin 22 of connector
P10 located at the rear of the power controller.  The
revision label is also located at the rear of the power
controller.
